Former soap opera star accused of murder

Brian Regan, a former actor of Terry Sullivan in Brookside soap opera, has been charged with murder. He allegedly killed an Iranian immigrant named Bahman Faraji, with a shot from close range, in a pub in Liverpool. He was charged along with Lee George Dodson (42 years). In addition, Brian Regan is also charged with misleading the way the courts.

Earlier on February 24, 2011, a man was found dead outside a pub in Belgrave. Bahman Faraji (better known as Batman), was found dead with gunshot wound in his head. According to authorities, Bahman Faraji was deliberately killed. Unfortunate event was witnessed by two of his friends. Executors immediately ran after the shooting to a car that was waiting.

Brian Regan (53 out) is well-known through his acting as Terry Sullivan in Brookside series. He appeared in the series since the sixth episode. Brian Regan was known for his gripping character. He stopped playing the soap opera in 1997, and then he tried his luck with acting in London.
