IMF ready to negotiate with Greece once again

The IMF was willing to reopen discussions on crisis management in Greece. However, the market actually afraid of this grant will lead Europe into new economic crisis. Previously, the IMF and European Union have agreed to rescue the crisis in Greece. However, the inability of Greece cut its budget actually makes things worse.

In the past two years Greek bond interest increased to 17.88%, the highest since the crisis over the land of the gods. This makes investors afraid to invest even though Greece has gained £ 97 billion bailout because of fears of debt default

Default will occur if the Greeks are reluctant to pay interest on the loan, or applying for a moratorium. Director of the IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, stated precisely Greece saving measures will be painful for Greece. However, according to Strauss-Kahn, it must be implemented. Through his deputy, John Lipsky, the IMF is ready to disburse the funds once again if it is necessary. However, they must first hold talks with the Greek government related on difficulties of implementation.
